Save time – pre-order medicines!

Quick and easy: Pre-order medications with Click & Collect! Items in stock will be ready for collection just 30 minutes after receipt of order with Ludwigs Click & Collect. We can usually get you items that are not in stock within just 3 hours.

Use our search tool in our shop to immediately see if your medicine is in stock – no need to log in!

Our Click & Collect pick-up times

Items in stock

Items in stock can be picked up 30 minutes after completing an online order with us.

Our opening hours are Monday – Saturday from 09:00 to 20:00.

Item not in stock – can be ordered at short notice

Order before 11:00

Pick up on the same working day starting from 13:00

Order between 11:00 – 13:00

Pick up on the same working day starting from 15:30

Order between 13:00 – 18:00

Pick up on the same working day starting from 19:30 – 20:00

Order after 18:00

Pick up the following working day starting from 09:00

Check if your medication is in stock using the search tool in our shop.

If there are any changes to pick-up times, we will inform you in good time.

Ludwigs courier service

We’ll bring it to you!

If you come to us and we do not have your items in stock, we can usually bring them to your home or office free of charge on the same working day with the Ludwigs courier service within the Munich urban area.

Conditions

  • Only for orders with delivery address with a Munich postcode

  • Important: to be able to deliver prescription items, we need to have the original prescription beforehand!

Delivery times

If you order by 13:00, you will receive your goods on the same working day by 20:00 (for items in stock) or no later than the following working day by 14:00 (for at least one item not in stock).
