Are you on vacation or on a business trip abroad and have received a German prescription? You can still redeem your prescription with us even from abroad.

Here’s how it works:

• Send us a photo or scan of your prescription in advance for review.
• If your prescription is stored on your health insurance card, simply use our app for quick and easy submission.
• If you have a paper prescription, your doctor can send it directly to us.

We’ll review your prescription and handle the rest.

Important note: We must receive the original prescription before we can ship the medication; it can be sent to us by your doctor or by you.
